Dr Miller-Rowe is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a postgraduate degree in Paediatrics from Creighton University, Nebraska, USA. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is Vice-President of the Paediatric Association of Jamaica. She is also a Composer and Pianist who passed with distinction and credits at the Royal School of Music, London. She is a member of the Executive of the Jamaica Federation of Musicians. Her Mission Statement: "It is my wish to bring Health, Love, Peace and Harmony to the world through my music"

She uses it to develop their listening skills and their imagination. She catches their attention with "This Old Man/Brown Girl in the Ring" done as reggae. She introduces them to Jamaican folk songs - e.g. "Carry me ackee" - and exposes them to the Masters - Schumann and Brahms along with her own catchy melodic compositions.
